There's a new exhibition on the horizon that is no doubt a must-see.
The V&A's new exhibition, Balenciaga: Shaping Fashion, will focus on the work of French fashion designer Cristóbal Balenciaga.
'Cristóbal Balenciaga was - and is - the master of all fashion designers' said curator Cassie Davies-Strodder at the press release for the upcoming exhibition.
The UK's first-ever exhibition on Balenciaga, will explore the work of the founder of the brand and his influence on the industry today - especially focusing on his work during the fifties and sixties as well as the brands existing collections.
Known as 'the designer's designer', he has been credited as shaping the careers of Givenchy and Paco Rabanne as well as influencing the work of contemporary designers J.W Anderson, Erdem and Simone Rocha.
The exhibition opens May 27th and tickets are on sale now.
